Talia's 18 months...
On July 18th, Talia turned 18 months, I know, I'm a little behind. I know this is cliche, but I can't believe how fast she is growing up. She is turning into such a fun spirited little girl, and I love every minute of it, well... almost every minute. Talia was always the center of attention, so it has been a bit of an adjustment for her to have a baby around. Since the baby was born she has mastered the art of throwing a fit, and will say no to anyone and everyone. But... we still love her.
This is her on her brand new princess motorcycle... funny story. I left Craig with both kids so I could go to Enrichment, things didn't go so well. Talia is used to having all of Craig's attention while I have the baby, so she wasn't happy when daddy had to take care of the baby all night and she started acting out. So Craig punished her. Later that night when I got home Talia was still mad at Craig, she wanted nothing to do with him. Craig felt bad, so the next day he comes home from work with this... she loves it! It took her awhile to figure out she had to steer, but now she's a pro, cruisin all around the house.
She gets whatever she wants at grandma's house, there was chocolate everywhere! 
We were up at the cabin a couple weeks ago, all day long Talia kept asking "ride?" She loved going on the rhino! The girl is fearless!

When she was about 9 months old, Craig taught her to call me "Heidi" instead of mom. It wasn't untill this last month that I finnally convinced her to call me mom. It's so funny when she says it, she says it very exaggerated, "ma-ma," and she always has a silly grin on her face when she says it. I kinda miss her calling me "Heidi" it was very cute.
Like every other little girl, she is really into changing her clothes. It drives me crazy! She is constantly pulling all the clothes out of her drawers and throwing them onto the floor. Then she brings them to me one by one throughout the day and wants me to put them on her. I can't wait until she can just do it herself!
Talia is a little monkey, she loves to climb! Brogan spends a lot of time on my bed because it is the one place Talia can not attack him. The other day, he was sleeping on our bed, and Talia was being mysteriously quiet. Before I knew it, Brogan was screaming, I find Talia on my bed with him trying to shove the binki in his mouth. Poor little guy, I have no idea how she got up there, our bed is so high!
Talia loves helping! As soon as she could walk, we taught her to throw her own diapers away in the garbage, and ever since then, she was hooked. She will throw anything in the garbage for you. She also loves doing dishes, and helping me on the computer, which she is doing right now. But her favorite thing to help with is her baby rother. She loves giving him his pacifier or bottle, and she also loves taking them away! If Talia get's bored in the car, she will do everything in her power to wake up brogan. I am constantly turning around at red lights to see why Brogan is crying, because he had been sleeping, and I find Talia holding his blanket with his binki in her mouth!

She is ADORABLE...even if it takes her some time to adjust to Brogan:) I LOVE the story about Craig buying her love...she has got her daddy wrapped around her finger!
I saw a GLIMPSE of the bbq in one of the pics! You'll have to post more, so we can see all of Craig's hard work!
She's such a lady, and give Brogan some time and he'll be able to defend himself, and then some!
She is so cute! and so funny!!! I wish I knew her better. The picture of her meeting Brogan makes me laugh - he's as big as her!!! Erin and Ethan were a little that way - Ethan's hands were as big as Erin's the day he was born! I loved reading about her - can't wait to see you guys again!
Very cute! Hey, do you guys need another crib? We have a nice white wood one with a drawer underneath. We'll be ready to get rid of it in about a month. Noah already climbes out of it-- we're just waiting for his "big" bed to come. Would you like to have it?

Your little Talia is as cute as they come. I love the picture on the motorcycle with the wild hair. Heck, all the pictures are adorable. She has the best personality and sometimes it's hard to believe she's still 1. She seems so much older! She's so cute!
Did I mention she's cute? Cuz if I didn't I will say it again. She's too cute!
We had to buy a Baby play yard (its was like a big octagon) for inside our Living Room when our son came because his sister was always trying to get to him! I think having that thing saved him from her...good luck
