Time for Cinnamon Rolls! In case you didn't know, I have a cinnamon roll business. I have been doing it for a couple of years now, and it is going great. I have a store in east Mesa that is open from December to April or May. (The store is connected to a citrus stand so we are only open when citrus is in season.) When we are not open, I travel around the valley selling the rolls at boutiques, or as they are called now days "craft shows." Normally my schedule works out perfect, my friend in my ward watches Talia when I work during the week (thanks Lani!), and Craig watches her when I go to the shows on Saturdays. Well, this Saturday Craig was out of town, Lani was busy, and I really didn't want to wake up two hours earlier and make the 40 min drive into Mesa for someone to watch her, so I decided to take her with me.........
I was very nervous about it because even without a baby it is a lot of hard work and I am very busy all day. Luckily I have an angel for a daughter and she just played and entertained her self all day. I brought many things to keep her happy, but all she wanted to do was sit on the ground and play with her cell phones. I was also worried about the weather, usually it is very hot cause we are outside, but the weather was beautiful, we even got a storm that almost blew my awning away! It was a little crazy, but Talia just sat there smiling at me from her play pin as I tried to secure everything, she thought it was funny. Having a baby with me definitely attracted many people to my booth, and almost everyone that walked by said, "I'll take one of those to go!" (Pointing to Talia) I almost got written up by the health inspector, he said, "Technically there are not supposed to be any children in the food prep area.... but she is just so cute that I will let it slide this time." Overall it was a great show, not that I want to take her again, but now I know I can if I have to.

If any of you are looking for some craft shows to go to, or just want some good cinnamon rolls, here are some shows I will be at in the next couple months:

Do you sell them seperately besides the shows?

I love your cinnamon rolls! i think they are the best ones I have ever had! I am so excited for them! My butt, stomach and thighs are yelling at me to stop thinking about them...but my mouth is just laughing at them. For some reason my mouth always wins!

Allise: I do sell them seperately, mostly when the store opens, but I will take side orders when I am making them for the shows. Do you want some?
