It seems strange that it has already been six years since the attacks on our country in 2001. Here is what I remember about that day; I was a senior in high school, it was early in the morning and I was getting ready for a-hour. My mom was in her room watching the news, I heard her let out a little gasp and she called for me to come in there. I saw one airplane crashed into the side of the World Trade Center, we were both amazed and stunned that something like that could have happened, and we assumed it was a horrible accident. Then a couple minutes later we both watched as the second plane flew into the building. I remember the news lady who was covering the story screaming. My mom and I were both in shock. We watched for about a half hour and then I returned to my room to get ready for school. I remember the song "God bless the USA" came on the radio, and I broke into tears. I had now realized that this was not an accident, that someone had done this and it was overwhelmingly scary and sad. It is scary to live in a time of terrorism, I am so greatful for our troops who are fighting to keep our country safe and free. God bless the USA.Tuesday, September 11, 2007

I am so GREAT FULL too! HAHA God bless spell check and our troops! Love you Heidi!
I was just "blog surfing" in stead of house cleaning - so much more fun...and I found yours. So cute - I can't believe how big your baby is - she is darling!
Hi heidi it's shelley (lindblom). your talia is so cute. She definatly looks like a clouse. Tell Laree to update her blog!!
So, I was wondering what the chances were that you would either
A. teach a class on bow-making or
B. do a blog and teach your skills online...Talia's bows are always amazing and I think if you taught a class, lots of peeps would come! My issue is I live far, far away...but we come up about once a month. Just curious!
